Source.Python cannot be installed (CSS)

I tried to install Source.Python on the CSS server, but when I enter the command "sp", an error appears: Unknown command "sp".
I did everything according to the instructions and I don't understand what the problem is.

What is the error? Can you paste the error using: [code][/code] tags

There are no errors, everything is clean in the logs

That shows Source.Python is loaded succesfully that DeprecationWarning can ignore

But the input SP is invalid...
