[CSS] How to get values of "cs_gamerules" properties?

[CSS] How to get values of "cs_gamerules" properties?

Hello,

I've tried to get value of "m_iRoundTime" property from GameRules, but get_property function always returns 0.
Is there a way to get "real" values from "cs_gamerules"?
