Hey there fellas :)

I've been developing a Warcraft-like plugin for Source.Python, but due to lack of time and SP documentations, it has gotten really slow for me to develop it any further.
Finding simple stuff takes a long time and I have little to no experience with the newest version of SP. I constantly run into questions "how do I do this with SP, how do I do that with SP", and it would feel frustrating to ask 5 questions every day here on the forums.

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me a little, answer some silly (easy) questions I would ask on steam every now and then.
I know my Python, but I'm simply too busy to perfect Source.Python since the documentation is not yet ready.
Besides, it would be cool to make some new friends, since I don't know anyone here, and I'm really interested in this whole Source.Python project :o

Add me on Steam if you're willing to help and have a few extra minutes to share every now and then: mahime
Of course I'd give you credit for it, etc. when the plugin is ready :)

p.s. I hope this post is not against any rules or so, I just need some friends and help :D

To be honest, I think you should create a new thread for every issue/interrogation you may encounter. That way, anyone having the same questions will have an answer (which is the main purpose of a forum, I believe).

Hey Mahi. I don't know what "warcraft-like" plugin you are making atm, however I have been working on one for the past months. Basically a conversion of the current Warcraft Source for CSS, and I currently have about 5 working builds if you would like to see. I say this as I have gotten to a point in which I could release but the programming on previous versions is not very good, and neither have the entity changes been finished. So I would rather wait a bit.

I would honestly prefer if you posted 5 questions every day. Other people might have the same questions that you do. It would help them to be able to find a thread which discusses their issue. Also, there are still things that might change, which is a part of the reason why certain packages have not really been documented to this point.

We actually have a decent amount of the wiki up at this point. It's not really where I would like it, but it has slowly been getting there.
