[HL2:DM] Random Grenades

Hello SP team and community,

would it be possible to write a grenade plugin that allows random grenades?

Example:
smoke grenades (with cough when a player runs through))
flash grenades (white overlay which slowly fades without beeping sound)
Poison grenades (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=1480777)
explosion grenades
napalm grenades (at the point it burns for a while)

If someone could be found for this it would be great.
