It's time for another development status update!

• Fixes:
  
• Additions:
  
  • Added insert_server_command() and insert_command_string().

  • Buildbot and "sp update" changes.
    
  • Use FIFO method for delays that should be executed at the same time.
    
  • Changed the slot values to be in line with Valve's weapon slots.
