Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like it's working with the old posts. For those you need to edit the post and submit it again. I don't really know why it behaves like that, but we will need to live with this solution until we find a better or automated way. If you find a post you can't edit that uses the higlighting tags, but isn't shown properly, feel free to report the post. We will gladly update it.
