Does anyone know the usermessages that are used for that? Trying to look over Mani admin and trying to fix it and was told it only Supports C++ and the way that messages are displayed now are messed up in it. I would prefer to use Mani Admin as my admin on my Servers then Sourcemod.

Well, adding the new Usermessage system to Mani would not be a very easy thing. And, unfortunately, it is now unsupported, so I find it unlikely that they will ever be added. I would highly suggest to just move on, at this point.

If you want a good idea of how to implement the new Usermessage system, just have a look at our changelogs; specifically this and this. Hopefully that'll give you a bit of an understanding of how to put the new system in place.
