Update breaking srvany

Anyone else having issues running srcds.exe as csgo on srvany (windows) after today's update? I can get the process to start correctly by removing the "-console" switch but it will just spin at 25% cpu and never do anything. Launching manually as a process works fine (although, some goofy things happening in server browser like map name not displaying), but launching as a service via srvany seems borked completely.
Can anyone verify for a sanity check?

Server is hibernating
Missing shutdown function for sv.Init( bDedicated ) : sv.Shutdown()

hrm, I don't get that, but good to know I'm not alone ^^
Thanks for the feedback Woody.
I'm honestly done hosting for csgo at this point. Between the game mechanics updates that drive people to only play on officially rented servers (a-la EA) and several botched updates, I'm just kind of sick of the hassle.

Someone actually posted a fix last night before VAVLe released an update.
Hey guys I was able to fix mine and get it up and working. Basically a friend was looking at the srcds.exe file in Visual Studio and noticed that it was related to a dll called crashhandler.dll. This file seemed to be corrupted so what we did was copy the dll from the root of steam which is here for me "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam" and paste the file in the bin folder under the root of csgo where the previous version was then the server started right up. Please let me know if this works for you guys too. It has worked for all my servers so far.
Anyways, glad VAVLe decided to release a fix themselves.
